Privacy Policy

You give us this when you sign up and order:

• Your name, email address, contact number, and Viber number.
• Your delivery address and packaging preference.
• Your order history and the items you buy.
• Your proof of payment (the bank or e-wallet screenshot you upload).

We do not collect or store card numbers or bank passwords — you pay through your own payment channel and simply send us a receipt.

• To create and secure your account and verify your email.
• To process, verify payment for, and deliver your orders.
• To keep you updated on your order and the batch.
• To answer your questions and provide support.

We don’t sell your information. We share only what’s necessary: your name, address, and contact number go to the courier so your order can be delivered. Our systems run on trusted service providers (for hosting, database, secure file storage, and email delivery) that process data on our behalf.

Passwords and one-time codes are stored only as secure hashes — never in plain text. Payment receipts are kept in private storage and are viewable only by our order desk, not the public. Access to your data is limited to running the shop.

We keep your account and order records for as long as your account is active and as needed for our records, tax, and dispute purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data — see below.

We use a single secure session cookie to keep you signed in. We don’t use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Under the Data Privacy Act you may access the information we hold about you, correct it, object to certain uses, or ask us to delete it. You can update your name, contact number, and address anytime from your profile, or contact us for anything else.
